Plans haven't been set in motion yet. Turbine hasn't gotten their #### together yet with the transfer system and had to shut it down. (surprise surprise)

From what I've seen so far, transferring back for a party isn't likely to be an option, so if there's to be a party, it will probably have to be with whatever chars are left here at the time. Maybe something to keep in mind when transfers open.
