    • Epic Book - V4B4C5 Beyond the Rammas - Killing ravaging wargs does not count towards the quest objective
Did I read that right, or we'll probably not be able to complete the epic past Chapter 5?

Killing Ravaging Wargs may not advance the objective, but killing other creatures in the area will.

Maybe there will be other things to kill for that quest too? I should think things will be fine

I might have missed it, but was there a mention of fixing that bloody arrow through the hand/side of body bug?
Y'know, the one that our lovely QA said was going in this update?

Seeing the "known issues" I am wondering whether they released this too fast. And what on earth could Update 17 - mostly focused on a new region, new battles, new crafting tier, and class changes - have possibly broken that a goat in Moria can no longer find its way?

AND I SEE NO MENTION OF STACKING PICNIC TABLES!!
Moved from Riddermark to Arkenstone on 9/29/2015!

Yeah, I think they forgot the tables, maybe they will come in time to climb over the black gate

Agree on premature launch - known memory leak during MT teleporting!! Not so good.

I still laugh at the update where they put a giant hole in the Ettenmoors bridge. Even the developers were all, 'But we didn't even touch anything in that area!' Developing is so strange - update one thing and something completely unrelated breaks.

This is correct -- there are many Warg-riders in the area, and those will advance the quest. The Ravaging Wargs currently do not.

Beside the lack of picnic tables and that memory leak, still a lot of really lovely things coming on this update.

It is not a memory leak, it is just a really large area with a lot of high detail. We are looking into creative ways to reduce the client memory footprint without compromising on the grandeur of the city, but we did not want to hold the experience back in the meantime. Reduced graphics settings will help if you run into the problem. Not the best solution, I know, but it is a major challenge with an epic city like this.

Thanks, good to know. After all the teasing and the super secret approach to the new epic I'm more curious than ever about what happens!

I actually may try out the music now, after having had it turned off since I started playing.

I have the music shut off because I don't like most of it.

Wait, what? I *saw* stacked picnic tables on Saturday. <checks Known Issues> Nope, not listed in the Known Issues. I think we should still be good.

However, this will require +Arbor to be on 24/7. Thanks, +Arbor!

Thanks for the info. I have dropped to medium ready for the new content (always do because it's usually very busy), so I'll be fine until I crank graphics back up a bit.

It's surprising to me that Turbine engineers would be willing to release software with some of the known issues they are reporting. Client crashes when entering/exiting buildings in Minas Tirith?

The pressure from management to get the U17 release out the door must have been immense. I don't envy them the tough decisions they have to make to run a profitable enterprise.

When looking at the 'known issues', what does 'Minas Tirith - There are no vendors in the besieged version of the city' mean? Is this already a declaration of the fact that there will be two versions (phased or otherwise)?
