Weird question...
If I let my subscription lapse and am currently F2P, can I still go to the Moors and turn in quest items that I acquired while VIP? I'm not that in to PvPing (largely because I'll admit that I'm terrible), but I'd like to either cash these things in to clear some bag space or hand them off to kinnies who still creep hunt.

you would have to use 20 mith coins to get access out there. 20 mith coins will give ya 6hrs of access. Timer on the 6hrs does not stop when you are out of the moors or osgill maps.
