Zahlungen per Paypal vorübergehend deaktiviert

Es gibt Probleme bei Zahlungen über Paypal, die derzeit untersucht werden. Die Zahlung per PayPal wurde daher vorübergehend deaktiviert.

auch die monatlichen Abbuchungen? Also die Vip-Gebühren, so man die monatlich zahlt? Oder nur den Shop? Sind ja wohl 2 Firmen, einmal RIver und einmal Turbine, oder?

Das Problem trat nur im Ingameshop auf. Dort waren Käufe per PayPal nicht abschließbar. Abo geht weiterhin:

The problem seems related to the ingame store. After having the same issue with an ftp account yesterday, i logged out and upgraded that account to a vip account, paying one month from the normal web account page, and it worked without any issue, accepting paypal as a recurring sub payment method.

So, I suppose the problem is only using paypal thru ingame lotro store.

Turbine hat das jetzt auch offiziell bestätigt:

We are still looking into this issue. It will remain hidden as an option in the in-game store until we have more information.

PayPal can still be used to upgrade an account through myaccount.turbine.com.

Außerdem wurde wegen Fehlermeldungen beim Versuch die Zahlungsmethode BOKU zu benutzen, diese vorübergehend deaktiviert.

BOKU has been temporarily disabled in order to review and find a solution to users being given error messages upon attempting to use the method.
