I'm new to online gaming, though I've played RPG for over 2 decades now. I just downloaded Lord of the Rings and I have a Turbine account, but I can't figure out how to get to the game to actually start playing. Can somebody give an assist? Plz & thk u

On your computers programs menu, look for turbine\lord of the rings online.

If you can't find that then in the directory you installed the game in there is a application called turbinelauncher.
that's what you want to run, either thru the programs menu shortcut or manually if necessary.
mine is located in C:\program files (x86)\turbine\the lord of the rings online\

once you run that then enter your account name and password and login

did you download the game or the game installer

at DSL speeds it took all night to download the whole game its like 8 gb


when you first press download game, it is only the game installer that loads which when run then begins to download the game
