Housing In Landroval - Availability

Okay , now that I got my house, after playing with a camp full of Goblins for about a half hour and grinding up to level 15 I thought i would answer my own question

There are Dozens of neighborhoods, overlapping that one area, and in the one neighborhood I looked at there were several openings

So finding a house shouldn't be a problem

I liked my house because it is out of the way and no one should be bounding through it to get somewhere else

HEY YOU KIDS GET OFF MY LAWN!!!!

Anyway..easy peasey. All all four Alts pitched in to furnish it, so while it is a hobbit hole, it has flooring, rugs and wall decorations From Thorins gates, a few this and thats from Erud Luin, not much from Bree ended up sticking and the rest from the Shire
