    Is lag universal?

I lag so bad in pvp now, Everytime the creeps run from GV to TR, I cant use any skills, like 30s of spam clicking nothing happen. I also lag when I target anyone or when I am targeted once there are more than 10 or so players, I ask in world chat and OOC but no one else is having this problem? It ends up that I get like maybe 1 skill every 20s or so most times unless its just 2-3 vs 2-3. Is it the game, do people with the best I7 and Nvidia cards not get this lag? Any response would be great as I will just buy another new pc, but don't want to waste a thousand dollars if its just the game itself being broke.

I'm one of the rare few not crashing in the usual places (Minas Tirith, especially) and my computer is very overpowered for the game (3.4 Ghz i7, Nvidia 4 GB card, 32 GB RAM and all SSD drives). I've recently come to the Moors to gather some comms for cosmetics, and I've experienced stop-motion lag, skill locks and massive skill delays. I can't imagine how horrible it is when you're trying to PvP, but it's bad enough out there that PvE is challenging.

It's not your computer. This game doesn't take much to run, it's just the new servers are trash and they aren't bothering to really fix them.

Unless if you plan to spend most of your time role-playing at the Prancing Pony, playing music at South Bree, or crafting. Then rest assured that lag will not hinder your ingame experience!

Actually, it does hinder the RP, which is why the interior of the Pony emptied out. Elsewhere, the lag isn't as bad (for RP purposes) but the client crashes do make it rough. It's not as awful as in PvE or PvP, but I think maybe only the Music people aren't affected because they're so used to lagging.
