Why can't I use a signature?

I don't seem to have any access to editing or displaying my signature. I understand signatures were disabled late last year to combat spammers, but I would have thought that would be fixed by now. In fact, I found a post as recent as late January with a signature. So what's the deal here? Do I have to jump through some hoops, or is it a problem on Turbine's end? I tried and failed to find any recent posting about this, and I suspect anyone with the same problem would have a similarly fruitless search unless/until this question gets a definitive answer, preferably from a Turbine employee. If it has already been definitively answered, why is the answer so hard to find?

Turbine broke it and have failed to fix it.

People with signatures containing more than 100 characters are old, for whatever reason they remain but the images on most appear broken/ as urls.

It is not fixed yet. There is no information as to what the current status of the fixing process.

My personal opinion as always.

Turbine is very slow in fixing anything. Problem develops at the end of November. 2015. Expecting a fix three months later at the end of February, 2016 is not something Turbine is capable of doing. It takes them six to 12 months to fix problems unless they are critical like game crashes for 80% of the customers 2-3 times an hour.

Look for a fix later on this year. June - December 2016. Unless of course they decide that the best way to fix the signature problem is to remove the feature.

And in addition to this, I cannot log in from the mobile site anymore, I have to switch to the full site on my phone, log in, and then switch back to mobile.
