    i hope u get the socketed shield u desire but the point here is there is nothing else that is according to minstrel healing that is the point, crit heal magnitude is quite something btw to mention(24% it has always been there until now so just u know...)

    Critical Hits are going to do even more damage than Devastating Hits! Just hope you won't devastate unless its Remorseless...

    I want pre-HD classes back with their class/skill balance. The OPness back then is nothing compared to what classes can/will achieve.

    Poor Huntards, just hope you are getting carried along in the new t2 Raid if you are lucky to be in a Raiding Kin. Same goes to Burglars but at least they can debuff if content requires it...

    This is so cool and unexpected! I say cool because I can finally fill my home with stuff instead of living in an echo chamber. I say unexpected because Turbine has said for years that this just couldn't be done. It reminds me of cosmetic weapons and shields which also supposedly couldn't be done, but we got anyway. Deja vu all over again!

    Anyway, I went to take a look and immediately noticed 1) very few neighborhoods are available (can you just open the flood gates?), and 2) it appears the majority of players are purchasing houses and keeping them to themselves (I had no ability to toggle Decoration Mode).

    Well folks can't look at and test what they don't have access to, so I decided to purchase a single neighborhood's test houses and give decorating permissions to everyone on the server. I went with Hobbit houses, so all three Myrtle Court addresses shown above, including the kin house, are available. The 'hood is Slighting. Everyone is invited to visit, toggle Decoration Mode and have a look. There are a lot of hooks!

    I'd suggest that others provide access to their houses and advertise the addresses here so people can take a look. We can only purchase one house per account after all.

    I don't play a minstrel so correct me if I'm wrong. They've removed a healing stat (critical healing magnitude) from an item and now it has become an OP item for healing minstrels?

    Or do you only consider dps minstrels?

    a higher chance to get nice blue items without essence slots :P (nothing useful as long as essences are clearly better and 1.4 slices fit in a spot thats calculated as 1 slice)

    Beorning yet again ignored....All 3 trait lines need improvement/tweaks, perhaps some changes to wrath cost. But most importantly, no fixes for all the class bugs

    1. Where is any mention of the PVP update armor/cloaks/rank gated gear... it is in need and long (years) awaited.

    2. Hunters have long, long, long needed a serious look. We are out dps'd by most everything other class in the game, out ranged by some, have no heals ( which I don't mind, we shouldn't ) and our survivability is a total joke. And NO, desperate flight is not survivabilty, even if you could use it in the moors in combat once again.

    3. Skills that should make their way (back) to the hunter, mostly PVP based:

    -Track on horse in moors once again, and separate tracking skills CD. Every class has tracking in the moors on creepside. Hunters (barring store tracks) should be able to track quicker, perhaps even in combat. Look at making it an instant cast skill. Creeps dont have induction based tracking, neither should hunters.
    -Camouflage, make it mobile. not like a burg, but with a 40% run speed or something, -% stealth level for moving. Let us hunt!
    -Agile rejoiner would be fun to have back... perhaps only in blue line?
    -Out of combat Desperate flight, make it fellowship wide or get rid of the damn skill for something useful. Keep the long CD though. (yeah, i know, im laughing at that one too... but would at least make it useful once every 30 min)
    -A bump in raw DPS, we should (at range) out dps any single class in the game. You that are laughing at this, get rid of your self heals and escape skills, heavy armor and see if you laugh now...
    -Add a 5 meter range in red line, just NOTHING should out range a hunter!
    -CD on trap skills, take them down a notch. 1 min CD to 45s CD, something along those lines. Traps are %$#@ for DPS, but for CC usage, they should be able to be placed more than 1 time a min.
    -Add another 5m range on traps in yellowline.

    4. As im sure you will read this and take all to heart (yeah, i laughed too at that) place old EC and OC back in their old spots.

    5. Get rid of back door use in combat, stomp out the shuffles at TR and Lugz.

    6. Take a look at the class based essences. i like the idea, make some rank gated essences and try something in the moors with them. perhaps getting rid of a morale and slotting a track from horse essence from r12 essence vendor. I don't know, try something interesting!

    I know Turbine/Devs/etc. say that this is and never has been/will be a PVP game. take a look around. stand in Bree and click on names walking by of random players. 7/10 of them have PVP ranks. you are missing a HUGE crowd. With limited end game most the time, PVP is what a TON of people do!

    Get the PVP update out already!

    these changes bring more fun to the game. Game is evolving which is nice. My take is that Lotro moves further from initial grind-type game to fun-type. And there should be no place for conservatism. Kudos to devs.

    Excuse me, but I find this specific item very OP; look its stats and its capacity more carefully pretty please and you will see what I do.

    It is not useful only for a healing Minstrel; on the contrary, it can be used by any Minstrel on any trait line (blue/red/yellow).
    You totally seem to miss the point that without that stat the new "legendary" level 105 flute is inferior to its lower level non-golden predecessor from a healing minstrel's point of view - now how exactly is this item useful for a blue minstrel and furthermore how is this supposed to be OP?
