I need help please

My game crashes after the first movie. Can a mod please put me up a movie because i can't get past it without crashing and losing my progress. The crash report said something like "KERN_PROTECTION_" and then i think "FAILURE". i am positive it said "KERN_PROTECTION_". i Am DIEING To play this game please help me. Downloading this thing and updating for days isn't going to be for nothing. I am a Wood elf. This is confusing me and i would love to play this so much. I tried being a hobbit, but it doesn't work then either. I am using a Macbook Air. It is as fast as #### and never does anything like this. I would love to play this game. So can someone get me past the first movie please? Also i am using a macbook air. It happened as a hobbit too.m

Im just going to quit TRYING to play this game. Obviously no one is willing to help or do anything. I am a kid trying to play this game. It isn't working out since I'm getting no help AT ALL. Thank you for your assistance, but unless you know what is happening I'm not going to try to play anymore. Reply to this if you do, otherwise, don't tell me anything that won't help.
