Can't log in.

I get stuck loading the character screen for 5-10 minutes, and then when i press start I cannot log in? Can I get some help please? My processor and things like that are up to par.

I have the same problem. .first sign of trouble after the new update: the Turbine Logo screen sound stutters, this has happened in the past and indicates what happens next..i cant log in

the character screen shows my main character the music plays but the big button lower right with teh ring will not work and I cant log in at all

this is a bug from a bad Bink File i think but whatever the cause i cant log in ..and i cant shut down the game have to use Program manager and my video controllwer momentarily freaks out and shuts down too. thsi is a serious issue. i have purchased numvberous updates and have a main character at level 38 but cant get into teh game since that last update.

help is hard to find, phone support is no longer offered. how do we get help? i tried to file a ticket but the ticket system does not work either, there was no screen to enter text...

Help is here but we need more info on your computer specs to give any kind of answer...

Did the client download all them 20GB successfully?
Do you have at least 10% free space on your C: drive? (this will vary of course, only a general rule of thumb)
What OS are you running?
What Graphic card?
Amount of RAM?

i cant log in either i go to start the game and do my username and password and it says incorrect i have tried everything
