Is it worth coming back to lotro pvmp? I was getting nostalgic and was about to reinstall LOTRO but then I remembered I left because pvp was ####e. Is it better now, or should I stick to ESO?

The fact that you posted this almost a week ago, and nobody had replied yet speaks for itself.
Not much left of LOTRO or the PVMP, its only a shadow of what it once was. There is still (smaller) battles out there, and the fun is whatever you make of it.

I cant speak for all servers, but Crickhollow is VERY busy. and at certain times of the day (about 12, then at about 6 pm) the Monster Play is usually an equally busy place. Battles are fun and challenging, even if you are higher rank.
