An introduction to Riddles in the Dark

Riddles has recently moved from Snowbourn to Evernight, so we would like to introduce ourselves to the new community.




Founding idea and rules:


Riddles in the dark was founded by a couple of experienced players back during the BG days and we have been active ever since. Our main goal has always been to be able to do the hardest ingame content with likeminded peers whilst maintaining a friendly cheerful atmosphere and leaving room for real life commitments.


In Riddles in the dark the members opinions are valued equally, and decisions are generally reached in a democratic fashion. We consider our kinmates as friends and treat each other accordingly. We use common sense as main rule in regards to all dealings within the kin. Crafting is done for free for kinmates except for the material cost, and we can cover all vocations.



Raiding and grouping:


With the new raid come out this year, we have been doing quite alot of PvE with 2-3 times a week T2 raids to TODT. Our raidschedule is generally from 19.30-22.30 GMT, although we can go beyond that time when working on new bosses. Please refer to our webpage for progression on the raid. We also do regular T2 3-6 man instances and featured instances within the kin. We have a group of people interested in PvP too although it has been somewhat less after the raid has come out.



Recruitment:


Although we seldom recruit actively our doors are by no means closed. If you are an experienced, respectful individual with a passion for the game and an interest in Riddles in the Dark please feel free to check out our website or contact any one of our members in game. We have a community of mature players with an average age over 30 at the moment and our kin-chat tends to go to the wicked adult side so we do not recruit people below the age of 18. All applications are treated confidentially and kept within a closed forum on the website.

We have in The Riddles in the Dark begun regular T2/T1 raiding again after summer holidays are over, with a schedule of 2 nights a week on T2 and random T1 full clears. Currently we have succeded in downing the first boss on T2CM.

We are looking for a few more active T2-ready raiders for our PvE raids, perferably people who also have an interest in PvP.

Burglar
Loremaster
Captain

We are currently looking for one T2 raidready guardian. Please contact us ingame or on our forums, if interested in joining our community. We unfortunately dont have spots on our raiding team for other classes atm, but our doors are as always never completely closed.
