- The Minstrel's Inspiring Cries and Calls now have their correct duration.

What was the real problem before ?

This was a buff. Previously the blue trait (near the bottom on the right) gave heals up to 30% chance to reset cries and calls with a 30 seconds cooldown, now it has the 15 second cooldown that the trait described. Basically you can now spam Cry of the Chorus several times a minute giving a lovely boost to outgoing healing.

Tons of class bugs for turbine to work on for minstrels. Another is

[Song of Aid] says channel duration lasts 10 seconds, but the first buff doesn't even execute on yourself or the fellowship until second 4 of the 10. There's a bug that stops the stacking buff on the 1st second. This gives your fellowship only 6 seconds to take advantage of the buffs, nearly impossible in a raid situation. Not many of the class buffs are even useful or noticed by fellowship party members until it is too late.

I'm playing minstrel, and i never wait 30sec for a Cry reset. Only the description of the passif was false ? Or maybe i don't understand your answer cause my english is really bad.

I definitely will be using Coda of Resonance more often now with this change.

Nothing changed but the icon that stated that cooldown is 25s. It was 15s actual cooldown before the patch, they just fixed buff duration icon, but reset was still after 15s possible to get. This is one of the many minstrel bugs I have reported several times over the years.

This was originally changed to 15s cooldown ages ago during level 100, and they broke it few times and latest problem was buff icon that stated 25s cd but infact skill reseted after 15s.
