Hi everyone. I have 3 questions about stalker class. I know it seems answers in questions but i have to be sure.
1 - When i use 'Shadow Fang' trait, i hit shadow damage. Shadow damage is a tactical damage. Stalker become a tactical damage class with that trait?
2 - I can build max %30 melee critical hit chance with corruptions. 'Element of Surprise' trait add +%20 melee critical hit chance in stealth. Do i gain %50 melee critical hit chance in stealth with that trait or is it impossible to being more than %30 melee critical hit chance? If it is not possible that would be a treait slot waste.
3 - what is the max stealth level? I know i can build it max 8 but what is the capacity? For example if maximum capacity is 5, that would be another trait slot waste. Another question in this question: If i build stealth to max capacity is it effect hunters' track?
That is all. Have fun in game and thanks for the answers.

1.) Yes, shadow damage is tactical damage. However if you mean "will my skills now be resisted instead of blocked, parried or evaded?" then no. Your skills will still be physical skills, they will just be doing tactical damage. Like a hunter or warden with fire/light oil.
2.) Yes, in stealth you will actually have 50% melee crit chance from stealth. And some extra information - Shadow stance treats the skills Claws, Maul and Pounce as if they are always in stealth - along with a hidden critical chance buff to Claws. If you have 30% crit chance from corruptions, Element of Surprise traited and are in Shadow stance, Claws will have a 100% crit chance. I think it's dumb, but whatever.
3.) I do not think there is a "max stealth level". Higher stealth definitely helps with avoiding detection from NPCs or other players. Stealth level does not effect hunter tracks at all.

Hope this helped.
Thank you for answers. Yes they were really helpful. I couldnt stop thinking about that questions now i can.
Just for what it's worth, Pounce is bugged so it doesn't function out of stealth as if it were in stealth. In other words, as the poster above mentioned, Bestial Claws and Sudden Maul benefit from Element of Surprise because Shadow stance causes Bestial Claws and Sudden Maul to function as if they were used from stealth, even when not in stealth. Problem is, the tooltip says that Pounce is to function the same way, but it does not. Pounce can be BPEd and crits at a normal crit rate of 30% (depending on your critical chance, of course).
I wouldn't worry about max stealth level. As long as you have improved stealth, you should be fine. If you're really concerned, you can always trait Foe of the Light, a rank 10 racial trait.

I just saw the answer sorry about that, as you said Pounce is risky and can be annoying sometimes thanks for the information.
