The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Friday, January 27th from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to release 19.2.4. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon! This is a minor update dealing with additional text related to the transition to Standing Stone Games. It's possible the worlds will be up before Noon.
