    Update 19.3

    What happened?

Wasn't it supposed to be released today?

All we got were some text changes!

Actually it was Update 19.2.4 according to this: https://www.lotro.com/forums/showthr...59#post7688359

Granted, I'm curious what happened to 19.2.3 (last update in the dev section was 19.2.2). Maybe Cordovan just made a typo.

But yes, text changes needed for the transition to SSG.

So, does anyone know when 19.3 (or whatever it is going to be called) is actually coming out?

Don't think that has been announced anywhere yet. They have mentioned in their various interviews that U20 will be around the Anniversary period, so sometime between now and then

19.2.3 was another recent no-need-for-release-notes update related to transition text. 19.3 is currently set for early February.

I am sorry, but I am quite sceptic about whether this information is legit or not!

But, yes, I am more than interested in seeing this scenario comes true.

Thank you for inform the community about this, anyways.
Uhm...why not? The content was already up for testing on bullroarer last weekend.

I think you are confused, my friend. Update 19.3 (which was your original concern)will be ready in early February. Update 20 is another matter entirely.

Are you guys ever planning on getting rid of the WB and Turbine animations from the game startup? You've pushed quite a few updates since the SSG transition, and it's still there. Kind of embarrassing...

They did that a couple of weeks ago, but there's a bug in the patcher/updater such that it sometimes fails to update files in <main folder>\raw\<language>\logo. That bug is also the reason some of us see old splash screens for festivals.

If you move/backup turbine_logo.bik in that folder your next startup will download the SSG animation.
