I note that Triumphant Spirit, Cry of Chorus and CoS which are consummated without giving effect.
It becomes common when lag, especially in the moors.
Any solution to fix it ?

All immediate skills in the game function like this since the "fix" to "macroing".

If you want them to go off, just don't spam click them, you can double click (slightly slower than usual) and they'll function fine. If it's laggy, just click them once, wait a little, then again.
