If you're only looking at bows that are easy to come by, there's nothing at level 105 that's worth getting for healing or tanking. You can just go with the level 100 https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite..._Valourous_Bow. I used one of these untill I got the golden one.

If you're patient enough to try your luck in skraids, you can always try to get a hold of a https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...ed_Hunting_Bow from Storm on Methedras. Unfortunately you can only loot skraids once a week though, so hunting for one specific item can be awfully frustrating. Yes I'm talking about you Attack at Dawn, I hate you.
