One loaf provides a meal for 10 men, or a snack for one hobbit.
If you live to be one hundred, you've got it made. Very few people die past that age.

getting tired of the same old cram every day? Do you find that by the time you start it its nearly mouldy? Try Lembas bread today! It lasts for a long time and it is much better than cram. It is plain and tastes like cardboard but it will fill you up so your fit to burst(unless your a hobbit). Great for long journeys when you are really hungry and in the middle of nowhere. It has also been scientifically proven to aid weight loss as you don't need lots to fill yourself up!
