The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Wednesday, June 28th from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) for an update. This update fixes an issue preventing players from completing the Gondor Tavern Crawl if they have completed the quest "Negotiations", and adds new 2017 Summer Festival rewards to the game.
