can't get VIP

can't get VIP, since I live in Ukraine, in-game store, clicking on the Lotro store just hangs in one place and all.Please tell me what to do?

Put in a email ticket to account support. Ask them to push thru the transaction on their end for you.

In fact i was thinking on create a new thread, but even understanding the reasons, i still cant create. But ok.

Question is : if i buy the 14,99 USD 30 day game time card, in-game, from lotro store, how can i 'only get' one month?

Let me explain : its there : 1 month subscription, 14,99 monthly. But i just want to buy '1 month'.

How can i do it? ill have to 'cancel' it after paying, or will have to wait or something ...

If you're asking how to subscribe for just one month then, yes, you buy the monthly sub and cancel before the renewal date. Don't cancel until you're sure you are classed as VIP though - so wait a day or two.
