The Legacy "Echoes of Battle Resistance Rating Debuff" on the imbued minstrel book is broken. Instead of reducing the Cry Resistance Rating of the enemy, it increases it. The reason might be the "+" before the number. (+4800 Resistance Rating at rank 44)

I wonder if other Resist legacies do the same thing. The LM ones in particular don't feel WAI.

You can also see this just by swapping books in and out then looking at tooltips of the skill.

Doing what Chromite sayed, it seems that the value is added to the number on the tooltip, and that number have a minus before it. So it should be removed from target's resistance. So, it's fixed !
