White background when viewing forums

This happened awhile back and has now happened on my wife's desktop system. When she logged on to read the LOTRO forums the background is now white. In addition the general formatting seems to be off. Large spacing and the like. Not sure why this changed and how to fix it, especially the white background. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Happened to me the other day. I just refreshed the page with F5 and it went back to normal. Other than that, look at the bottom right of the page and see if it's set to Mobile. If so, change it to Underground, see if that fixes it.
