Inspire Fellows dmg reduction bonus from ToO raid armor set: does it stack with yellow trait?

Could anyone confirm (or deny) whether the Inspire Fellows damage reduction % bonus from Tower of Orthanc teal armor set (Armour of Thelin) stacks with the yellow line trait for Inspire Fellows for even more damage reduction bonus?

Armour of Thelin set bonus promises 3% damage reduction from Inspire Fellows.
Capped yellow trait Improved Inspire Fellows grants 3% damage reduction from this skill.

Will they stack together for a total of 6%?

My mini is approaching 75 and I intend to gear it out as if this was the cap, to do all the Isengard instance cluster runs on level. Would hate to waste the medallions on this particular set if the IF bonus doesn't stack, will appreciate knowing in advance if anyone can pass along this info.

It does stack, I used to use it loads at that level.

No point now with constant bolster AoE however.
