No registration possible

I asked a friend of me if he would join me and loved what he see.
Now since 3 days he tryes to register account, even on my computer it will not work.
He fill out any line, then without a error message the Startpage of register comes back and ask for every single information again.
We tryed it now on 3 different computers in 2 locations without any luck.
Anyone know what this #### can be?

I was just able to create my 5th account using the link from the launcher with no problems.
