Champion tanks at lv115

For a while i have been interested in tanking on my champ. I was wondering if it's worth spending ashes on a tank build for my champ. I have nothing else to spend them on atm so i was thinking why not. I would just like to ask if they are in a decent state atm or if a champ tank is really not solid atm, in terms of survivability. I'm talking mostly to tank CoS T2c or other lv115 T2c content.

Anyone tanked anything in mordor or a chanks in a bad state atm?

Without much detail: I am a 115 champion that only plays it to tank. We are weaker than others, but still capable,

I love our skillset, even if things like Dire Need are so weak to not be worth its upgrade. The fact that we lack taunts on a short cooldown means threat management matters a lot to us, and makes pulls engagimg for me.

Cool, been interested in champ for exactly the skillset and being it slightly weaker or more challenging (dpending on your POV). Love tanking, but got bore of playing Cappy and Guard

Oh yeah. The style is fun as heck to me. I dip heavily into yellow for more aoe so I can pull larger groups reliably, etc. I go as far as Blade of Courage for healing. That is a heavy investmeny for BoC, but going just far enough for Raging Bladesand Swift Blade will do wonders for aoe threat if you have trouble. I am taking a kinda different approach than som currently, and am DW'ing, thus losing the chance to block in exchange for more aoe threat and slightly fastee skill response time. Quite possibly an overall handicap, but it is the path I would like to see through.
