I think it is way too easy to confuse help@standingstonegames.com with help.standingstonegames.com. I can see it happening that someone in /world has an issue with the game, and it is suggested to open a ticket.... and it is very easily mixed up by typing an "@" symbol instead of a "."
My 2 cents: If support@standingstonegames.com is the correct email, make sure the website is support.standingstonegames.com , and if help.standingstonegames.com is the correct website, make sure that help@standingstonegames.com is the correct email.
In short, keep the name of the email address uniform with the name of the website address. That way you won't be confusing the @'s and the .'s when someone types it wrong in /world.
