    Jan 2018 returning player feedback

Played a lot of reaver back in the day. I. Recently played on ever night . I rolled a reaver ( and something else) and got to it. Mash quest few scouts and I was rank 1. I found a warden trying to solo lug tyrant and managed to get my first kil with the help of many npc

I had a roam and found creeps and frees having a lil battle , I had my attention drawn irl for 2. Seconds. I was dead to a burglar. Not fun lol, seems a little extreme to die so fast to one character when I can charge in and out of 4 creeps on a very noob reaver and still take damage and live.

Anyway someone made a raid and we ran around killing freeps. Nice old school open raid game felt the same as it did at 50 cap but you get waayyyyy more renown now. You even rank up from quests which I can say I don't remember.

I log a second day and do some more questing and I follow a raid and get my rank 2. Again I'm walking along and boom I'm dead in 2 seconds to a burglar.

All in all though positive experience. Maybe I'm being too critcal on the burger damage , considering my creep is a absolute scrub trait and rank wise. I would say you shouldn't pvp till rank 3 and you've done some questing and have some traits behind you'll
But for any new players that are pvmp for the first time, you're probably going to have a bad timetrying to pvp before you do some of the mediocre questing.

Follow the crowd on creeps if you're new to pvpmp and get some ranks with quests and join a open raid and try and keep up with the other players

I would like to add that I have experience killing creeps on a burglar at the lvl 50 cap. But it would take time and effort. On a max geared lvl 50 burglar I could kill lvl 50 "green" creeps after chain stuning them and slowing them for a long time 30-1min+.

I remember morula expansion let hunters do something similar with heart seeker or mercy shot, but even that was channelled by the hunter and left them open to be seen or attacked.

The fact a burg can pop out of invis and delete a creep in 1-5 seconds and hips away is pretty lame tbh. I've considered it from
Both sides - the freeps having a good time, no challenge.

The creep might get angry and log out maybe to never return- eapecially since the difference I'm strength and if they're continually targeted.

Just my two cents and comparison to prev experience

Been back (to the moors) since last August...my observations...(r8 warg, r8 defiler, r5 weaver)

Since latest update...(My) Creeps are much more robust vs. NPCs.

Hunters' fire? bleed, Burg cunning attack bleed and whatever the fire RK does, can still one-shot or close to one-shot most creeps.

There are strategies to deal with individuals, but usually a decent group of freeps is (still) OP even inside creep keeps (including DG).

At the moment I am grinding infamy (90% from questing) since higher ranked creeps (that I see) can get along better. R0-R6 creeps are mostly fodder for even low level freeps. Taking 6 months to rank to level 9 is daunting....I suppose if there were more freep/creep battles the infamy would be easier.
However freep activity is not exactly overwhelming. Not rare but usually if I run into freeps (especially solo) I tend to run away....

A small fellowship v small fellowship can be good but I have been in many encounters where 2 creep v 1 freep is even a mismatch for the creeps.

Wow, staby. Youve been gone a long time. No pvp is far worse now than when you played. Burglars can almost one shot anything. Hunters barrage spamming you to death. RK smouldering wrath. I just came back myself and IVe decided to quit again. This game is garbage and the SSG crew dont care.

    But nice seeing you again.
