Trouble getting BR to run

I recently installed BR and copied my characters to the server. However, when I run BR and log in everything works fine until I press play on the Bullroarer server. When I press play, I get no errors but the game simply doesn't load. No programs load, no crash error, no loading error. Just nothing. Anyone know what the issue might be? Any help is appreciated.

Same here. Get through Log-In and hit "Play". Launcher disappears and nothing!

Found solution -
Right click on BR launcher then press troubleshoot compatibility. Try Recommended settings, test the program, close the launcher, select "No, try again using different settings" then select Windows XP compatibility mode SP-3. Test the program again Run the launcher and if it works for you, save this as the recommended setting.

This worked for me, as well. Running a new Win 10 gaming laptop and have to go with Legacy client to get it to work......go figure.

Installed Bullroarer client yesterday and I am having the same issue.

The problem: After logging in, selecting Bullroarer server, and clicking Play, nothing happens. The launcher client goes away but the game does not start.

The temporary fix (until SSG fixes it permanently): When you start the Bullroarer client, click the small down-triangle on the top/right of the window. Choose Options and then tick the box to Use Legacy Client. Restart and play!

I did not have any issue with this, so maybe more detail should be posted by those who are having a problem via a bug report. Windows 10 system. 16 GB RAM, nVidia GTX 1050 Ti, reporting here.

Update: checking my options shows the "Use Legacy Client" option cleared.

Yes, it looks like some folks are having to use the Legacy client in order to get Bullroarer to function correctly. We are looking into it.

When i select the legacy client i start getting error 201 is there anything i can do to fix this it occurs after i click select the world and click play
