Not all GMs are able/allowed to do the same?

So we had a door bugged in Thikil Gundu T3 twice. We did all spirits so no way of exploiting etc.

    1. Ticket: GM did show up with a low level Hunter, looked at the door, door opened. Same GM did show up after Fror bugged and he reactivated him. I was like: WOW did not see this in years.
    2. Ticket: GM did show up and said he could not open it. GM left.

Since we are not the VERY best but still always end content players we spent quite a time in there and it was wasted.

What is this about? IMO it is a shame. One GM acted wrong but which one? I would like to send a complaint.

Have you considered it might be a DIFFERENT bug, and the exact same GM turned up, but couldnt fix it??

The SAME door did not open! Sry but a GM is able to open a door. It doesn't matter why it doesn't open they can open it if it's door that is able to open. The first GM told us that he doesn't know why the door bugs. I asked what we did wrong but he didn't know. He was able to open it without knowing what caused the bug. It was not the same GM. I know they have different chars that have different names but I also wrote with their GM names that answer tickets. We wrote in german so I can tell that they were not the same person. One used the "formality" way of writing the other one was not.+

And even IF it was the same - it wasn't, every GM should be able to open this bugged door after a group of paying customers spent an hour fighting freaking spirits with 9million morale.

    Hey there!

I'd certainly like to look into this too but in reviewing the tickets you've submit about this issue, both were actually resolved by the GM by assisting you with the door in both instances. If you have another ticket on another account, or a specific ticket number you can point me at that shows that second scenario, I'd be happy to take a look!

Different GMs do act differently for whatever reason. I once had an NPC I had to interact with but he was invisible to me for some reason. Put in a ticket, a GM showed up and started the quest for me. I run off to do the quest the NPC gives, then come back 5 minutes later to turn in the quest but I still can't see him. Put in another ticket, different GM replies that he cannot help me and I need to file a bug report. *shrug*

Customer service is always RNG. There are some really great companies which "romance" their employees (e.g. employee perks, reasonable hours, quality pay, positive incentives, etc.) ... knowing that their employees will then turn this positivity back onto customers.

IMO, I don't see Turbine/SSG as being a company like this sadly ...

From my point of view, support in this game is getting worse and worse. I have never had a problem with GM for 8 years. GMs have always been decent and willing to help within their capabilities. And what is essential, they helped personally. Now they are hiding behind SSG regulations and their superiors. Human approach and logic are gone.

    For example
thanks to a bug I did not received a reward and wrote a report. Answer: You will not get anything because you meet or do not the following ... none of their names can relate to me except that the reward can be decomposed or is made from ash.

But the current lvl cap content is all about ash. So they simply say, there will be no refunds. Or am i wrong?

Even when GMs close a ticket after being unable to help you, the message in the ticket tracker in the Help window says that the issue has been "resolved". If you're referring to that when reviewing the tickets, then I don't think that will be very helpful.

Hey there is a reason why you are only able to look up the solved ticket. I wont discuss this here just as i wont discuss the gms names.
    Going to write a PM.

    @CaerArianrhod yes
