Bingo Boffin

Anybody miss Bingo on the legendary servers, I am a lifer and only discovered Bingo when I started to play properly again on Brandywine earlier this year, but oh boy did I enjoy mucking around with Bingo, mainly because I wanted the tokens to get the nice goodies you could barter for, eg. housing stuff and pets. Will we see Bingo come and brighten our lives on the Legendary Servers?

I sure hope so. I miss him too. I went straight to his house after the intro and cried when he wasn't there

I was disappointed as well. I was really looking forward to doing the low level quests while my characters were low level. It seems an odd omission to leave him out on a server where there are so many low levels. If possible, please put Bingo on the legendaries!

I too miss that little Hobbit. Though his neighbors are curiously there. They don't seem terribly worried so maybe he's off visiting his cousins and will be back soon, fingers crossed. It would be a great thing for new and returning players to be introduced to him and help with his swimming practice.

my prob is not is mr BB
i have enough of him in normal servers, not that i dont like him,
i d love to have more adventures with him or any other content similar to his series
my prob is that i still cant get in ......
looks like 2 legendary servers is not enough

nor i have the endless time to spend on waiting !

Another vote for Bingo. I, too, headed for his house as soon as I was out of the starter instance and was heartbroken to find he wasn't there. He's become a part of the place. Very much like to see him back.

I believe Bingo Boffin is a quest line that goes to level 97 or so, and was introduced when Western Gondor was released I believe.....

That said: It would be fun to have it enabled NOW, and we will just not be able to complete the quests that lead Bingo into Moria.

I'm fairly sure that Cord said on his stream last week that Bingo would appear on Legendary later. He didn't specify when later would be tho'. So, it's like "soon" only "later".

Definitely a vote to bring Bingo back to Legendary servers SOONER rather than later. His story goes right along side the epic; so many things his quests require can be done at the same time. People aren't going to want to come back and pick him up later; imo, he should have been there when the servers opened. Come home, Bingo!

Surprise!! Thank you SSG, Bingo Boffin was launched on the Legendary Servers this morning! And it was busy in the shire this morning...

My "main" on Anor is now level 24 (not rushing to the end-game) so I am hoping to catch Bingo up to the Lone Lands and then continue on with him as I level!

Mind, you won't be able to complete the quest chain for a while on Anor or Ithil, since it winds up in Rohan, which won't be in the game for ... quite some time.

(Reminds me of the time in SoA beta when my LM got a quest that had to be turned in in Duillond ... which wasn't in-game yet.

)

But you can teach Bingo to swim, and other tasks in the starting areas.

Cordovan posted today that Bingo will be back in with tomorrow morning's patch. And that the quest line will update weekly, just as when it first launched, but will stop "after 24 weeks for now."

I'm happy to see that Bingo will be part of the Legendary server experience. It really is a gem of a questline.

Lifer here who hasn't played in a good 8 years or so, returned for the legendary servers the other day. (wow, so much of the game has changed, I miss the original traits.. etc.. Good to be back though)

But yeah I just discovered this from a letter in my mail box and decided to pursue it without knowing what it entailed, still in the shire at the moment but it's been great so far. The thrashing about in the water while 'swimming' made me audibly laugh

Quick question though, is this all available to play through from start to finish (Up to the pre-Moria Lvl 50 cap until the new content trickles in obviously) as-is? The quest dialogue at the end of each chapter still said that it'll be available to follow up next week, which had me a little confused.

Episodic Content (as Bingo Boffin quest chain) was released originally one quest by week, now you have all quests available permanently.

from patch notes:

The Bingo Boffin quests are now active! These quests will increment weekly, but stop after 24 weeks for now.

Yeah that's what has me confused. So far I was able to do the first 3 or so 'parts' of the quest yet each one mentioned that I had to wait a week to continue on.
Getting mixed information as to whether it's all 'Netflix Bingable' now (To borrow from the TV inspiration) or if it's actually supposed to be a weekly release.
