I received today Bingo's letter here in Ithil, and I went immediatly to The Shire to find our dear hobbit waiting there.
Alas he was not in his home nor in the surroundings. Will this mistery be solved (soonTM)?

Odd. He was there for me on Anor, and many others judging by the crowd of people running to and from his house.

He's there for me on Ithil and I saw others interacting with him as well. Did you try relaunching the game?
