Where is Bingo?

I got up to date with his questline last week but can't find him this week. I went to the vendor guy to ask him where Bingo was but he didn't have the description saying where to find him this week. Did they not do an update this week to move onto the next quest?

We have noticed a problem with the Bingo quests updating properly on Anor and Ithil on Wednesday mornings. I am looking into fixing this, but in the meantime, Bingo has been manually corrected to advance to week 2 on both servers. So you should now be able to pick up his quest: Training for the Journey. Sorry for the confusion.

Actually I've already done this quest. In fact the last quest I did was week 5 "Leaving is Not Easy". I left him in Budgeford but he's not there of course. Coords roughly [31.8S, 66.1W] in the Shire. Where could he be?

I've heard others able to do several weeks worth of Bingo quests and then other folks saying the servers were coming out weekly as they were originally. Which is it?

The new LS are one week at a time, but the old servers are still running one after the other.

This may be where the bug lies, the code between the two sets of servers may be conflicting.

Alternatively, he may be off to see the in-laws over Black Friday.

Just so I understand this, you're saying that for those of us that started the Bingo quests when he first arrived on the LS we now have to wait until Bingo catches back up with us as you've only forced him through to the 2nd week? The last quest I was able to complete for him was "The Last Treasure" and should now be able to start "Goose and Gander" but Bingo is not at The Forsaken Inn, and in fact I can't locate him anywhere to start this quest - even going back to The Shire to see if he's by his house for the "Training for the Journey" quest, which I'd already completed.

Please advise.

It seems to me that Bingo, on the Legendary servers, was intended to work as it did originally, i.e. new quest weekly. However, when he was switched on all quests were available as they are now on the normal servers. This changed the day after with the patch and he went back to being weekly. So anyone who got ahead of the cycle will now have to wait for him to catch up. I'm waiting for him to reappear at Newbury so I can go find all his cousin's kids.

I just spoke to Bingo; his eyes are still running a bit, and someone trod on his toe; but he is OK, and will attempt to reenter the USA as soon as the border crossing is re-opened and the US troop have stopped firing at anyone who isnt an obvious WASP.
