Healing LIs

while waiting on the promised revamp (I hoped it would involve legacies revamp/update but alas) I parked my beorning at taskboard when it reached 100 lvl (shortly before Mordor came out). Now after the work on Beornings is somewhat done I am looking at building and imbuing LIs.

did anything changed from what was discussed about leegacies here?

how should healing carving and healing 1h look like legacy wise? how should look dps 2h?
does it make sense to add starlit crystals to the carving? (does healing rating on the carving affect now heals or not that much compared to other healers?)
any sense making a healing 1h or better doing like suggested here for better stats?
