High yellow-line healing parses due to bugged Nature's Bond?

Out of curiosity I've seen people saying they can get 30k+ single target HPS on a Beorning. Is this due to using a bug with Nature's Bond?

While healing a t3 Thikil-Gundu this weekend, I noticed a bug happening during the third boss, and staying through until I died. For some reason, Nature's Bond did not fall off the tank after 20s, but stayed on permanently. This resulted in my HPS on the tank going from about 18-24k to 32-35k or so because of the redirected heals.

I can't find out how to reproduce it, and as such didn't /bug it yet.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I had this happen for the first time yesterday. Not sure what combination of factors causes it.
