Does 'Call to the Wild +x Phy Mastery' Legacy Work?

I noticed my legacy doesn't work. I don't have mastery increase when I use this skill. Is this a general problem?

It might have been a bug before, but now, I just think it's purposeful. They removed the Physical Mastery buff wording from the tooltip on Call To the Wild. It was there before the balancing. So, basically, the legacy is kind of useless. And, even if it was present and active, it's not very beneficial based on the reset of Mastery, and how Critical Rating is a more important stat. It would be what? 8300 with the most recent legacy tier increases. That gets you minimal % increase in the Mastery Bonus.

I'd suggest replacing the legacy with something beneficial to bear form, since you'll be in that stance more often than you were before.
