Unanswered Question about Legendary Servers

I have been trying to find an answer to this question since the Legendary Servers were announced & went live. Are the Challenge Deeds for various instances in Fornost, etc. in the game at the level cap for the Legendary Servers?

Currently, to activate the Challenge Quest & the subsequent Deed, you have to start an instance at the level cap, Tier 2 (possibly Tier 3). For live servers, this means level 120, but I was curious if the Deeds were available at level 50 or 60 on legendary. Challenge Deeds for these instance were added well after Moria was released, but the Legendary Servers use the same code as the Live Servers, just with the artificial level cap. Some of the quests are crazy difficult at the current level cap, but were more manageable (from what I've heard) at lower levels.

If someone can look into this & please confirm or deny the Challenge Deeds on the Legendary Servers, I would greatly appreciate it. I have held off joining because I am not sure about this. Please don't comment with a response that just says "I don't do Challenge Deeds" or "I don't know." Every time I have posted a version of this question, I get no responses other than those & people just let the question sit. A blue name answer would be awesome, but I'm not holding my breath.

Unfortunately, the answer is "it's complicated".

- Fornost challenges are intact and working, as is all of GB and Annunimas.
- Halls of Night and Forsaken Inn do not as of last try - you can do the challenge, but you don't get credit for the deed.
- Helegrod is a mixed bag, some challenges work (meaning you get the quest at all), some don't.
- Library challenge works, School doesn't.

(In the last two cases, it seems to amount to: anything that can potentially be a featured instance on main servers, you can't do the challenge - at all - on legendary server.)

Despite bug reports on these, no significant change since the legendary servers launched (other than removing the bug that gave us the FI box, thank goodness.)
