Did the Bingo quest not update on the legendary servers this week? Willem Whisker, Theodore Gorse, and Haley Meadowsweet are in Gwingris but Salvi (the quest giver) is missing.

I get the same response from Bert. Only the barter window and no option on where Bingo/Spalvi is.

I just went back and checked and he now seems to be offering the "A Change of Name" quest which he wasn't earlier and Bert is talking again. Maybe someone poked him?

Spalvi is missing again. Either they have changed the day of the week it updates, or the quest chain is screwed up again.

I'm thinking they might be releasing it more slowly than usual so it doesn't send us to Mirkwood before the release...
