With upcoming Update 24.2 for Lotro, I couldn't help but notice that Gandalf will have a continuation questline of the Black Book of Mordor in the Vales of Anduin that seems to be an "interlude" to Minas Morgul, in which case, the expansion could be very soon.
What I would love to know however, is where Mount Gundabad comes into this session. Mount Gundabad has already been confirmed by the 2018 Executive Producer's letter, so I am a mite bit confused concerning when (or if) that will be included. If it will come, Will it come before Minas Morgul, or at some later date?

Thanks.
There is a newer producer's letter from 2019 and there is no word about Gundabad. So I think, this region is timed after the Minas Morgul Expansion. So we can expect it maybe in 2020.
The original plan was to go to Gundabad after Ered-Mithrin/Vales, however that seems to have been put on the back burner and they've instead changed their path and now we're heading to Minas Morgul (Imlad Morgul), which will be the next Expansion - I am to imagine Gundabad will come after, so more likely 2020.
