After so many restarts and combating OCD just to get here and then nothing. I paid for the expansions to riders of Rohan and all the main ones to mordor pt1 and all that meant nothing. Its correct, Volume I Book 3 ends in chapter 7 with Aragorn in the guest rooms at Rivendell, a level 30 quest.

Next one is the foreword to Book 4, and if you check wiki, there is a comment about a possible bug:
https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Que...s_of_Rivendell
"Many players have encountered a bug where, after completion of Book 3 Chapter 7 in Rivendell, Aragorn does not happen to carry this quest. If you have encountered this bug, travel to Elrond and you will be given Book 4 Chapter 1. If Elrond doesn't carry the quest, travel to Thorenhad and you will instead be given Book 4 Chapter 2 from Elladan. The bug could cause you to skip the Foreword and Chapter 1 of Volume 1 Book 4. Neither does it work to travel to Heithur Ironfist at Barachen's Camp, who is a secondary giver of this quest."
Then check with Elrond if Aragorn have no quest for you, good luck.
