Starting fresh on legendary

So I came back after about 4 years and wanted to get a fresh start on Anor.
I'm now level 54 and wondering what legacies I need to tank and to heal as well as if I should be using a 1 hand or a 2 handed.
Any other advice as far as gear to lookout for would be awesome as well. Thank you

Gear...

If you plan to raid (heal or tanking) tac mit is key.

Tanking - stack some finesse
Healing - stack some tactical mastery

Gear to look for...
Diamond-flaked earring, 2nd boss in forges (tac mit)
Fea-Hiril (great healing ring from last boss in DD)
Ranger's Tokens (pocket items) from ranger's kindred rep in enedwaith (mastery & mitigations)
Algraig necklace (lots of finesse) rep from Algraig in enedwaith
Pair of jewelry pieces from Caras Galadhon that increase outgoing healing by 15% kindred, requires leaves and branches)
Arthar (heavy helm) drops from Istum in DN (lots of morale, vitality and might // swap for helm of the frigid peaks (will, vit, morale) for healing - skirm camp
Sage's greenwood earring for healing (crafted)
Glowing Aureate Armlet of Morale (crafted)
Heroic Noble's Swift Boots (tac mitigation) crafted
Othrikar Warrior's Chain (healing) from skirm camp
Curuloch (earring from last boss in HoC) healing

probably lots more out there, but the clas sis extremely forgiving, you can accomplish a lot without the best gear.
