What are the reset times for all the weeklies?

I'm finding this very confusing and I can't seem to find consistent info. I'd like to get these all written down somewhere so I won't forget. So far I think I have:

Mordor Allegiance Weeklies:
Last day to complete is Sunday and Wednesday night (quests reset Monday and Thursday mornings EST.)

Northern Kingdoms: the same?

Reclaiming the Grey Weeklies: Last day to complete is Saturday night (quests reset on Sunday morning) Each wrapper can completed twice in one week.

The Vales weeklies: Someone in chat told me these reset every 7 days depending on when you started the weekly...so in other words there is no set day?

Can anyone confirm these for me?

I was wondering this too.

The instances seem to do a reset at 6 AM every day too. So if you're halfway through at that time, you get kicked out. Is that all of them, or just the Glimmerdeep / TG / etc group?

I think just resource instances. Also, there's a cooldown on the nodes for those resource instances. If you do one just before reset and then just after reset... you won't see any nodes. I don't know how long it takes for them to spawn again though. Maybe it's 3 hours after reset and that's what the boot does.

For the vales. You can run the instances daylies for the tokens.
The weekly, which grants embers and vxp, resets Thursday.
Furthermore the weekly didn't interrupt if your first run is wednesday, you can do the second when ever you want, but after completing you've to wait until the next thursday.
