It could still happen at 75, but I personally think it won't happen until the level trait trees were introduced in the past, which was when the level cap went to 95.... they did a lot of PvP changes at that time and in the few months after to-rebalance it to the trait trees.... At this moment I think a freep would be too overpowered at level 60, 65 and even 75.... compared to creeps scaled at that level.

There are a number of things SSG is working on:

- Update 24, work has completed, June.
- Next up: Prepare legendary servers for level 65 content, July.
- After that: Finish work on the next expansion, due to be released in the fall, September/October.
- After that: Prepare legendary servers for level 75 content, November.
- After that.... it becomes a little more muddled, as we don't know much. But what we DO know is that Rohan will come to the legendary servers around March 2020, and around that same time we will get Rohan housing. There will likely also be a big-number update, we would be at 26 or 27 by then..... (assuming update 25 will be the expansion this fall).

As for PvP? It may come. But count on 2020, not 2019.

I am relatively curious how RoI will work out, because it was my favorite time in LotRO. But what i remember the most, is the huge amount of time i spent in the moors at 75.

For me it feels like the "last" real expansion for the LS. Our playerbase is immensely shrunk the last couple of month. It will go up again now i assume, but you know how it works. And when Rohan comes, oh boy ...

So this is a honest question to any fellow PvMP players: HOW do you guys keep yourself motivated to play on the LS?

To clear it out of the way, for the "play on one of the live servers" sayers: My own server is dead, so i'm currently playing Creep on another server (and i'm completly tired of (re-)equipping my Freeps, Empowerment Scroll grind etc.). I payed €€ to transfer and to play a VIP-Feature which I should have anyway.
Thats of course not the fault of the people of my homeserver, but the great balance we have right now and the non-comunication on the Dev-side of things. In the english FAQ for the LS is written: "There is currently no PvMP available at this time on Ithil or Anor." Ok that gives room for speculation. But in the german FAQ it is: "Zur Veröffentlichung wird kein PvMP verfügbar sein.", which means translated: "There will be no PvMP available for release." So i started on Anor on the first day, with a delay for PvMP in mind.
I found a wonderful kinship, we raid, play instances, everything thats available. But come on, it get's brutaly boring sometimes, and playernumbers say the same.
Release does not mean "Yeah wait 3, 4, maybe 5, 6 or 7 updates" to me, or in Cordovan's words: "At a higher level cap", which doesn't say anything in itself.

I would rather be beaten up every day on my scaled Freep-Char on the LS. I wanted a fresh start, I invested time and money(!), so i want to play with those chars, the zone of the game, I like the most.

How does it work out for you guys, who started with the same wish?
