I have a custom UI skin that I made, and in one of the past updates (might have been Update 24), these highlights appeared where the buttons on the main bar usually is (mine is completely hidden). I can't figure out how to hide them, I'm not sure which asset they are in the UI pack. Anyone happen to know which one they are?

So they have something to do with your bags. I don't know what they are suppose to be, but I discovered if I change the toolbar buttons to be anything other than the bags they go away.
I just went into Options - UI Settings and changed the Toolbar Right Slot #3 to #8 to "Biography" and the highlights went away. It's not a "perfect" fix but it works well enough for me since I don't use those buttons anyway.

Adra over at LOTROInterface was able to help me out - it's startmenu_newItemHighlight.tga .
