So I will try to keep it short mostly because no one will probably read this that will ever change anything for beornings but here I go.
The bear is full of all kinds of problems and issue that I could write a novel about. Even healing, while strong, is clunky and borring. Of all of the issues I am going to use this thread to highlight two that have been spoken of quite often. They mostly have to do with making red line better. Blue line is also needing love but I only play yellow/red so unlike most people on this forum I will only speak to what I know. cough*
FIRST is the issue of legacies. Beorning have 10 legacies per weapon so there isnt even much choice to begin with to get to 7 legacies. Its more about what legacies not to take then picking what you want to take. The choices are also pretty bad. There are 2-3 great yellow legacies and thats it for yellow. There are quite a few dmg legacies but about half are garbage or have no real scaling. Then there are a few blue line favoured talents but all of these are horrible except maybe one? And all blue lines ones have no scaling.
Meanwhile every other class has 15-16 legacies per item. The biggest thing I want to request are at least 2-4 legacies added per item. They dont even have to be that strong but give us some more relavent choices. I will give a few ideas bellow:
Bear form Crit Magnitude
Bleed dmg
Bleed crit magnitude
Bear form incoming healing
Execute crit magnitude(make this skill crit again for gods sake/whole other problem)
INSERT BLUE LINE ONES I DONT KNOW THE MAIN ISSUES
I can hear the people crying already saying we dont need dps but I can dream ok, go watch disney plus or somthing if you have nothing better to do that shoot people down.
SECOND issue I think would make the best impact for the class is pretty basic in idea but how to implement is another story. The issue is how to make generating and dumping rage more dynamic. Other MMOs that have classes with a rage mechanic have a generating and dumping system. True lotro has this too BUT dumping is almsot always hurting and not helping and there are far too many ways to generate and not enough ways to dump OR dumpinig needs to be a huge cash in. The whole point of building a rescource is to spend it on somthing that was worth building up to. Excecute is great skill and its all it needs honestly. It just needs to be worth going all the way back to zero for.
Getting back on subject execute is just one dump, but in general there should be a better flow of rage both generating and spending. Right now you just cap and sit at cap and maybe spend half on somthing and jump back to cap immediatly.
My 2 cents. Honestly the legacies should be a given. There are plenty of ideas out there for legacies. Its not a new thing. We should have as many as other classes or close to it. These new legacies could be things that bring the class more up to date so its two birds and one stone.

I so don't want more legacies added; I like being able to get away with a single weapon/class item for my Beorning. My cappy, LM, RK, etc all have way too many different LIs to do their different rolls all requiring star-lits & scrolls; it's overwhelming how much they need (to the point that some of those roles haven't been played in ages because I can't stand the grind). Until we get a full overhaul of the imbued system (where we hopefully lose a bunch of the grind), the last thing I'd want is adding more grind and needing new LIs crafted to fulfill the roles I currently do by adding new legacies.

While I understand your point, the argument that there should be no added choice or benefits because I want things to be simple is a really poor outlook for any class in any game. Ever.
