Episode 15 - Retaking Weathertop: impossible for me

Hello everyone,

Being doing this solo quest tons of time and still I'm not able to kill the Troll. I'm level 24 Warden and I see enemy at level 23, whilst I can kill all the Orcs spawning during the steps, when the Troll arrives I'll be dead soon enaugh.
I remember I've done this quest on a normal server with my Champion character few months ago without any issue, but in this server is basically impossible.
Also the Troll has 25K of Morale meanwhile I've watched some videos on YT where the Troll's Morale was far less.

Is that a bug or is expected? If is it so, how can I defeat that Troll? It's very annoying!

Try the solo version over the fellowship

I've found the reason why it is very difficult, is a Fellowship mission. Unfortunatelly seems the only way to do this mission: find a fellowship or keep levelling until I can afford this mission.
I didn't put attention on it.

There is a soloversion too.
Interupe the quest wait 5 min and take the soloversion.

Yes, Candaith offers two version of the quest - solo and fellowship. Just pick the solo version and you'll have no problem doing it.

You don’t even need to wait 5 mins. Just find the quest in your log, hit “cancel”, then go back and choose the solo version of the quest from Candaith.

You aren’t the first, and won’t be the last, to choose the wrong version. I, and many others, thought “fellowship? Can’t be that hard” only to go back with my tail between my legs and choose the solo version after dying at the boss several times
