They are east of Ost Guruth in the Haragmar Swamp/Bog. Some of the Lurkers are stealthed and you can't see them from a distance until you detect them or they surprise you. You can probably kill up to about 20-40/hr because they are not plentiful.
Galrondthir 95 Captain; Gilrondithir 85 Champion; Frotalmondo 74 Guardian
Anris 58 Minstrel; Zareon 86 Hunter; Arwenrien 33 Rune-Keeper; Astandun 45 Rune-Keeper
Beezus 15 Burglar + others All on Firefoot.
I recently completed this deed by hunting bog lurkers in the far north of Agamaur, beyond the ruins, where the corrupted trees grow. I was killing about 10-15 on each big loop without much waiting. I found this much faster than hunting bog lurkers in the red swamp just west of Ost Guruth.
Can confirm this is a much better hunting spot than the Marsh outside Ost Guruth. Went in there without the basic deed completed left about an hour later with advanced done. Easy route around, plenty in stealth mode but route is so easy and consistent you'll learn where they are quick.
This is one of those deeds that I found a slayer deed token helps with as it cuts the # of kills in half.
And remember to kill stuff other than bog-lurkers to increase the chance of the re-spawns going in your favour.

There are some in the Epic that you can repeat from the Reflecting Pool as well as the Arboretum instance (3man) that you can repeat, too.

On planet Earth, there is a try.
Indeed, in a world and life full of change, the only constant is human nature (A is A, after all :P).
We old vets need to keep in mind those who come after us.
You can get this near Ost Guruth too, if you defeat all neekers and wights in the swamp, as they share respawn spots with lurkers.
