    Launcher problems/account login issues

    Greetings staff,

upon opening the launcher after using a full repair (had a lot of stuttering and screen freezes going on) I come across the following problems.

The launcher opens but does not load the game files anymore in order to load the game (eng, german, french files). I'm also getting a 'subscription not found' when trying to login.
Not sure if it's a proxy problem or not being able to connect to the game servers.

    sincerely,

    jon

That means that the patch server is offline. Nothing for you to do but wait. Per +Cord, we may get more information within the hour.
