[EVENT] The 2019 hobbit yule video, Saturday Nov 30th and Tuesday Dec 10th

Yule is getting nearer, and what better than to make a large drawing to greet yer friends a very merry yuletide? Not much! So here we go!

Date: First meet: Saturday November 30. Second meet: Tuesday December 10
Time: 7:30PM UK (2:30PM servertime), PLEASE BE ON TIME
Location: Bramblebury, Town Square, Shire Homesteads (location for the second meet to be confirmed)

OOC:

Once again, we plan to gather hobbit players on Laurelin and make a yule video. The video will be released December 24th, in the Hobbity Yule Calendar.

- The first video shoot will be Saturday November 30, in Bramblebury in the Shire Homesteads. Please meet in the town square.
- The second shoot is Tuesday December 10, location TBC.
- Also, I’d love it if Laurelin hobbits send me an individual screenshot of themselves in-game, in a festive/merry/yule motive. I can use those in the end credits of the video.

Details on the second meetup for this year's hobbit yule video:

Date: Tuesday December 10
Time: 7:30PM UK (2:30PM servertime), PLEASE BE ON TIME
Location: Thorin’s Gate, by the statue in Frerin’s Court. Laurelin server

We’ll go ice fishing, so bring fishing rods! As well as merry yule-ish and warm clothes (red, green and yellow are very grand). Also, the lake we’re fishing in is covered by ice, so try think of ways we can try chop a hole in the ice (by in-game effects and emotes)
